Our herb garden is going gangbusters at the moment. And with the offerings of Stonebridge onion thinnings and garlic scapes, this is a welcome prep. This idea is the perfect contribution for the next sleepover or slumber party, no kidding. If you make it the day before, the flavors will settle in and you’ll be fresh for the hoohah the next evening. You can always make it “yours” by choosing the herbs that go in.
