The beginning of the new year brings fresh energy to rejuvenate your senses and stimulate movement of body and mind. Join yoga teacher Lisa Limoge and author/writing mentor Kayann Short for a women’s winter respite of post-holiday relaxation in the Sunflower Community Room at Stonebridge Farm. Lisa will lead a posture flow followed by lingering poses to unleash the creative spirit. Alternating with yoga movement, Kayann will facilitate first-person writing that develops personal voice through engaged storytelling.

Fulfill your New Year’s resolution to nourish
creative movement with a day of playful yoga,
delicious food, and inspired lifewriting
