  1. 2/3 chunked, roasted beets
  2. 1/3 chunked apples
Dressed With
  1. 1/3 honey
  2. 1/3 good herbed vinegar
  3. 1/3 good olive oil
At Last Minute
  1. crumbled feta
  2. fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
  1. Just proportions here.
Notes
  1. Room temp is good; lets the flavors burst big.
  2. Not necessary, but I had little protein in the meal, so added toasted walnuts.
