Writers, Musicians, and Artists: Come stay in our renovated granary!
Bring fresh energy to your summer by rejuvenating your senses and stimulating your imagination with a day devoted to yoga and creativity practice. Join yoga teacher Lisa Limoge and author/teacher Kayann Short for an enriching women’s yoga and creativity retreat in the Sunflower Community Room at Stonebridge Farm. Lisa will lead a posture flow followed by lingering poses to unleash the creative impulse. Kayann will guide creativity practice through imaginative and practical steps for envisioning anew. A new what? Let’s find out.
Nourish yourself with a day of playful yoga and creative renewal
Lisa Limoge began practicing yoga intuitively as a teenager in Burlington, Vermont, and 20 years ago turned her passion into a full time career. Hosting women’s retreats has been a natural evolution
of her many years of teaching yoga, doing massage, & growing up with five sisters. Lisa holds certifications in Kripalu and Kali Ray and teaches internationally.
Kayann Short is co-owner of Stonebridge Farm and the author of A Bushel’s Worth: An Ecobiography. She taught writing for thirty years at the University of Colorado and now facilitates individual and group writing and visualization practice. Kayann combines down-to-earth instruction with over-the-moon inspiration to expand expression and regenerate spirit.
